Inversions are some of the most powerfully transformative yoga asanas.Practicing them can positively change one’s perspective, mood, and posture, effectively bringing balance into many aspects of our lives – physically, spiritually and emotionally.
In this class we will focus on refining our physical alignment and intellectual understanding of the headstand and shoulderstand sequences which most often close our vinyasa practice.Best of all, we will learn how to feel GOOD while practicing them, so that they can become a regular part of our personal practice.
