“Yoga at it’s core is the practice of self-reflection so that we can have the tools to make informed decisions about how we are affecting the world around us and within us.”
– Jules Febre
From her first Yoga class on Moni was excited about the positive aspects Yoga offers to all parts of our daily life. But it took a while until she found in the method of Jivamukti Yoga her homebase and with her first Jivamukti teacher ever Libby Love the inspiration to dive deeper into the Jivamukti method, not only into asana practice but also into the philosophical aspects. She successfully completed her Jivamukti Teacher Training (300h) under the guidance of Jules Febre and Lady Ruth Lauer-Manenti with Yogeswari mentoring. It was a great honor that Sharon Gannon und David Life were part of the TT too and also handed over the certificates.
By attending regular workshops, immersions and retreats lead in the Jivamukti tradition she finds the inspiration to offer her students permanently a living and demanding teaching. In the method of Restorative Yoga she finds the necessary counter part to the challenging and sometimes physically demanding Jivamukti Yoga. Together with Libby Love she founded Love Yoga Room in Kufstein. As Co-founder and manager of the studio it is her intention to convince as many people as possible of the positive effects of Yoga, no matter how old or how experienced one is. Because „better late than never“ starting with Yoga kann change one’s live to positive.
