From her first Yoga class on Moni was excited about the positive aspects Yoga offers to all parts of our daily life. In the method of Jivamukti Yoga she found her home base and the inspiration to dive deeper, not only into asana practice but also into the philosophical aspects. She is a certified Jivamukti Teacher (educated by Jules Febre, Lady Ruth, Yogeswari and Sharon Gannon and David Life), teaching regular classes at Love Yoga Room Kufstein since 2015. Through continuing education in the Jivamukti tradition (with Jules Febre, Jill Abelson, Gabriela Bosic) she finds the inspiration to offer her students a living and vigorous teaching.
She finds restorative yoga is a beneficial counterpart to the physically challenging Jivamukti practice and offers regular workshops at Love Yoga.
As co-founder and manager of Love Yoga Room her intention is to convince as many as possible of the positive effects of Yoga, no matter how old or how experienced one is. “Better late than never” – starting with Yoga can be the key to positively enhance one’s life.
